I.T.U. Musical Ensemble

          In 2013, while studying in the Conservatory Department of Istanbul Technical University, Canfırat Keskin met the university’s Musical Theater Ensemble, marking the beginning of a long creative collaboration.

 

          That same year, he performed as a bass guitarist in the production of Hair: The Musical and later in the Queen Songs Night concert. Over time, he expanded his role within the ensemble, taking on positions as Music Director and Artistic Director, contributing both musically and organizationally to the group’s artistic development.

         The ensemble was composed of students from various faculties of Istanbul Technical University outside the Conservatory, bringing together diverse disciplines through a shared passion for musical theater.

         With the ITU Musical Theater Ensemble, Keskin helped stage a series of acclaimed performances including Evolution of Musicals, Hairspray: The Musical, Valentine’s Day Concert, Musical Night: Dance and Color!, and The Addams Family Musical. His work during this period reflected a refined balance between musical craftsmanship and theatrical vision.
